Configurar la intel 2200BG
Como ya estoy cansado de cada vez que recompilo mi kernel, tener que buscar informacion de como se instala la tarjeta Inhalambrica de mi portatil (Inter Corporation PRO/Wireless 2200BG), voy a añadir los pasos que he seguido aqui.
- Hay que tener todo lo necesario para compilar un kernel.
- Hay que descargarse las ultimas versiones de:
- Pasamos a compilar e instalar:
- tar xvfz iee80211-<version>.tgz
cd iee80211-<version>
sh remove-old
make && make install - tar xvfz ipw2200-fw-<version>.tgz
cd ipw2200-fw-<version>
cp * /usr/lib/hotplug/firmware/ - tar xvfz ipw2200-<version>.tgz
cd ipw2200-<version>
sh unload
sh remove-old
make && make install
- tar xvfz iee80211-<version>.tgz
- Cargamos el driver (modprobe ipw2200).
Y asi deberia de funcionar todo perfectamente.
